MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) & MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

1. Kirkland Signature enforces a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of $5,000 USD for all wholesale orders.

2. No wholesale order below $5,000 USD will be accepted.

3. Wholesale customers must strictly follow the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to maintain brand value and fair competition.

4. Multiple Kirkland Signature products may be purchased together in one wholesale order under MAP guidelines.

5. Any customer placing an order of $10,000 or more will receive an extra 22% discount on their total order value.

6. Any customer placing an order of $30,000 or more will qualify for additional exclusive discounts.

7. All wholesale partners are required to follow these MAP pricing rules when selling products on any marketplace or online platform.

8. Failure to comply with MAP guidelines may result in suspension or termination of wholesale partnership.

Accepted Documents for Amazon & Online Platforms

Kirkland Signature provides its wholesale partners with the official documents required to sell on Amazon and other online platforms. These documents are accepted by Amazon for ungating and brand approval.

• Letter of Authorization (LOA) – Confirms you are an authorized seller.

• Paid Invoice – Proof of purchase directly from Kirkland Signature.

• Brand Registry Invitation Letter – Allows you to list and ungate Kirkland Signature products.

• Proforma Invoice – Issued before order payment for confirmation.

All documents are shared only with approved wholesale partners after order placement and payment confirmation. These documents allow you to apply for ungating in Amazon Seller Central and get approval to sell restricted products.
