Our Wholesale Program

Becoming a Kirkland Signature wholesale partner is simple and rewarding. Every interested distributor or reseller must first complete and submit the official Wholesale Application Form. Once approved, you will gain access to wholesale pricing, product catalogs, and supporting documents required to sell on online platforms, including Amazon.

We provide each approved partner with:

Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Paid Invoices
Brand Registry Invitation Letter
Exclusive access to wholesale discounts

These documents are officially accepted by Amazon and help you get approval to sell restricted or brand-gated products.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & MAP Policy

To maintain brand integrity and fair competition in the market, Kirkland Signature enforces a strict Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

The MOQ for wholesale orders is $5,000 USD. No orders below this amount will be accepted.
Wholesale customers must strictly follow our MAP pricing guidelines.
Multiple products can be purchased under the MAP policy in a single order.
Customers placing an order of $10,000 or more will receive an extra 22% discount.
Customers placing an order of $30,000 or more will receive additional exclusive discounts.

Our MAP policy is designed to protect the value of our brand and ensure that all wholesale customers have equal opportunities in the market.

Payment Method

Kirkland Signature accepts Formerly wise transfers only.

Payments through unauthorized or third-party accounts will not be accepted.
Once your wholesale application is approved, we will issue you a Proforma Invoice so you can complete your payment securely.
After payment confirmation, your wholesale order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

This process ensures full security and transparency for both our company and our wholesale partners.

Amazon FBA Shipping & Labeling Support

We are proud to provide our wholesale partners with complete Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) support.

We offer free FBA labeling services to ensure your products meet Amazon’s requirements.
We provide free FBA shipping services directly to Amazon warehouses.
All shipments include the required documents: LOA, Paid Invoices, and Brand Registry Invitation Letters.
If any of your products show “Apply to Sell” in Amazon Seller Central, you can use our documents to ungate them and start selling without delays.

This service saves our partners significant time, effort, and additional costs.

Return & Refund Policy

Kirkland Signature values the trust of its wholesale customers. That is why we provide a clear return and refund policy:

If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective products, you can request a return or refund.
Refund requests must be made within 55 days of the order delivery date.
Our team will review your request and provide a resolution promptly.
Refunds are processed only after verification of returned items.
