We provide paid wholesale invoices, official Letters of Authorization (LOA), and Brand Registry invitations, all directly from us as the brand owner. How can I become a wholesale partner of Kirkland Signature?

To become a partner, you must fill and submit our official Wholesale Application Form. Once approved, you can place wholesale orders.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?

The MOQ is $5,000 USD. No orders below this value will be accepted.

Do you have a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy?

Yes. All wholesale customers must strictly follow our MAP guidelines to protect brand value.

What discounts are available for bulk orders?

Orders of $10,000 or more receive an extra 22% discount. Orders of $30,000+ qualify for additional exclusive discounts.

Which documents do you provide for Amazon approval?

We provide Letter of Authorization (LOA), Paid Invoice, and Brand Registry Invitation Letters. These are officially accepted by Amazon for ungating and brand approval.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept wholesale payments only through Wise Bank Transfer (International Wire/SWIFT). No other payment method is allowed.

Do you provide Amazon FBA shipment support?

Yes. We provide free Amazon FBA shipment and free labeling services. All orders are shipped directly to Amazon fulfillment centers.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery to Amazon warehouses usually takes 10–15 business days.

Can I get documents before placing my first order?

No. LOA, Paid Invoice, and Brand Registry Invitation are only issued after your wholesale order is placed and confirmed.

What is your return and refund policy?

We allow returns and refunds within 55 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or defective products. Refunds are issued back to the same Wise account used for payment.

Can I sell Kirkland Signature products on any online platform?

Yes, but only if you are an approved exclusive partner following our MAP and wholesale policies
