Brand Registry & LOA Policy

Brand Registry & LOA Policy

At Kirkland Signature Wholesale, we understand the importance of proper wholesale documentation for businesses selling products through Amazon, Walmart, and other eCommerce marketplaces.

Our goal is to provide qualified wholesale customers with accurate documentation related to their eligible and completed wholesale purchases.

Brand Registry Documentation

For eligible wholesale customers and applicable products, supporting Brand Registry documentation may be provided after the customer has successfully placed and paid for the required wholesale order.

Brand Registry-related documentation is provided according to the applicable product, order, and authorization requirements.

Customers may use eligible documentation to support their business and marketplace-related processes. However, approval of Brand Registry access, brand authorization, or marketplace selling privileges is determined by the respective platform and is not guaranteed by us.

Letter of Authorization (LOA)

For eligible wholesale customers and applicable products, a Letter of Authorization (LOA) may be provided after the required wholesale order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

The LOA may confirm the customer's wholesale relationship and authorization status for the applicable products or sales channels, where applicable.

Customers may use the LOA as supporting documentation when applying for or maintaining selling privileges on eligible marketplaces.

Paid Wholesale Invoice

After payment for an eligible wholesale order has been successfully received and confirmed, the customer may receive a Paid Wholesale Invoice reflecting the completed transaction.

The Paid Invoice may be used as supporting documentation for marketplace applications, product authorization requests, or other business verification purposes, subject to the requirements and policies of the respective marketplace.

Amazon Seller Support

Qualified wholesale customers may use applicable documentation, including:

  • Paid Wholesale Invoice
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA), where applicable
  • Supporting Brand Registry documentation, where applicable
  • Wholesale order and transaction records

These documents may support applications or documentation requests submitted through Amazon Seller Central.

Final decisions regarding seller account approval, listing approval, brand authorization, ungating, and Brand Registry are made solely by Amazon according to its own policies and verification procedures.

Walmart & Other Marketplaces

Eligible wholesale customers may also use applicable wholesale documentation when applying to sell products through Walmart and other eCommerce platforms.

Marketplace requirements vary by platform, and customers are responsible for meeting the individual requirements of each marketplace.

Documentation Process

Our standard documentation process is as follows:

  1. Customer submits and receives approval for a wholesale account.
  2. Customer reviews the available wholesale products and pricing.
  3. Customer places the required wholesale order.
  4. Customer completes payment using an approved payment method.
  5. Our team verifies and confirms the payment.
  6. The wholesale order is processed according to the applicable fulfillment terms.
  7. After the applicable transaction is completed, eligible documentation is provided according to the order and applicable requirements.

Please note: Brand Registry documentation and LOA are not provided before the required wholesale order and payment confirmation. Documentation is issued only for eligible customers and applicable transactions.
