Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

At Kirkland Signature Wholesale, we have established minimum wholesale requirements to ensure a professional and sustainable partnership with our wholesale customers.

For the initial wholesale order, the following requirements apply:

• Minimum Order Value: $3,900 USD
• Minimum Quantity: 600 units
• Mix & Match: Customers may mix and match eligible products to reach the required 600-unit minimum quantity.

The 600-unit minimum quantity requirement applies only to the first wholesale order. Once the initial wholesale order has been successfully placed and completed, the 600-unit minimum requirement will not apply to future orders.

For the second, third, and subsequent wholesale orders, customers may place orders based on their business requirements and available inventory, subject to applicable wholesale terms and product availability.

MAP Policy

All wholesale customers are expected to follow the applicable Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements for products sold or advertised through online marketplaces, websites, and other public sales channels.

Customers must not publicly advertise eligible products below the applicable MAP price. This policy is intended to maintain a consistent and healthy marketplace environment and protect the value of the products for all wholesale partners.

MAP Compliance

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that their advertised pricing complies with all applicable MAP requirements across their sales channels, including but not limited to:

• Amazon
• Walmart
• eCommerce websites
• Online marketplaces
• Other public advertising channels

Any violation of the applicable MAP policy may result in a review of the wholesale account and may affect future purchasing privileges or the continuation of the wholesale relationship.

MAP requirements may vary by product and may be updated from time to time. Wholesale customers are responsible for reviewing and following the latest applicable MAP requirements provided by our wholesale team.

Wholesale Requirements

All wholesale orders must comply with the applicable MOQ, pricing, payment, and MAP policies in effect at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update our wholesale policies and requirements when necessary. Any applicable changes may be communicated to wholesale customers accordingly.
